| So with my list of things to fix getting longer and larger. I decided to tackle one of the things on the list. I was beginning to get rust on the two bars on the roof of the Z. So after work I decided to take the Z to the shop and fix that problem. I didn't get a before picture of the bars because I forgot to. I also in the midst of sanding the rear bar discovered a nice 1/4" thick spot of Body Puddy. It was cracked all the way through. Looked like the previous owner had a tree branch fall on the back, which would explain the newer hatch on the back that is a different hue pearl then the rest of the car. Anyhow sanded down the bars (took the rear down to the metal) and re puddied the back bar. After all the prep work I decided I wanted to black out the roof lines and sprayed the black followed by the clear. I'll have some full car pics tomorrow but until then here are some process pics.
